UN goal for HIV drug access won't be reached by all: experts (AFP)
AFP - The purchase l carnitine goal of achieving "universal access" to anti-HIV drugs and care by 2010 is unlikely to be reached worldwide, two leading figures in the campaign against AIDS have said.
